DLF is back in Mumbai. The Westpark, in Oshiwara, Andheri West, is its first housing project in the city in years, built in partnership with Trident Realty.
What's on offer
The first phase has four towers with 416 homes, three to five bedroom apartments of about 1,048 to 2,278 sq ft carpet area, on a site of around 5.18 acres.
Why it matters
Andheri West is one of Mumbai's best-connected suburbs, close to the Link Road, the metro and the western business districts. DLF brings the same planning and upkeep it's known for in Gurugram, which is rare in this part of the city.
