Privana South (Sector 77)
The first launch: four bedroom homes of around 3,500 sq ft in seven towers on about 25 acres. Over 1,100 homes sold within days of launch.
Privana West (Sector 76)
A slightly smaller follow-up with a similar four bedroom format and a big clubhouse, on about 12.5 acres.
Privana North (Sector 71)
The newest, closest to the Southern Peripheral Road and Golf Course Extension Road, which makes it the most connected of the three.
What it's like to live here
The township is planned around open green space with views towards the Aravallis. Like most new townships, the surroundings will take a few years to fully settle, so the best value tends to go to buyers who can wait for possession.
